Information about personal data processing

- aimed at, among others, guardians with children enrolled at Little Kids Preschool, guardians with children in queue for preschool and for employees at Little Kids Preschool.

Little Kids Preschool processes personal data in accordance with the data protection rules in force at any given time and our personal data policy. When you have your personal data registered or otherwise processed, you have certain rights and also the right to certain information that we now provide for you.

The board of Little Kids Preschools is responsible for the processing of your personal data. You can always get in touch with Little Kids Preschool regarding our processing of personal data by contacting us at info@littlekids.se.

As guardians with children enrolled, guardians with children queuing for a place at the preschool, as well as employees at Little Kids Preschool, personal data will be saved and processed for certain special purposes:

1. Guardians and children enrolled at Little Kids Preschool, their personal data is used to:

– report personal data to the municipality to receive grants for preschool activities

- to have an emergency list where all telephone numbers and the child's social security number are available on an outing, the child's illness and / or in the event of accident

Registration / contract document

- meet the child's residence needs, needs documentation for the children's residence times based on guardians' working hours / employer / supervision needs

– income declaration as a basis for the guardian's monthly fee

- registration in the TYRA app (note, however, that personal data registered in the Tyra app is checked and processed in accordance with the personal data policy that applies to the Tyra app and thus not by Little Kids Preschool)

- in the documentation of action plans and action plans, in the documentation of reports to social services, police, health care, fire brigade, incidents, incident reports, abusive treatment or sexual harassment

– the preschool's activities should be able to reach out with information via email, which means that guardians' email addresses and telephone numbers, etc. are stored.

- other information needed to administer, for example, group divisions of the children, documentation for development talks with guardians or notes in student care activities and other information needed for comparable purposes.

2. Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of need for care of the guardian / guardians and the child's social security number to:

– be able to stand in line at Little Kids Preschool

– so that we can get in touch with these guardians when offering a possible place.

3. Employees' s personal data is used to:

– administer the employee's salary, insurance, pension, service regulations and other terms of employment, etc.

– to be able to reach the employee outside of working hours regarding work-related issues

– to be able to reach relatives in the event of an accident or similar and a list of relatives/substitutes

The personal data processing carried out in connection with enrollment or employment at Little Kids Preschool is legal because it is necessary for the fulfillment of childcare service / employer obligations and because Little Kids Preschool has a legitimate interest in being able to process the personal data for the purposes stated below:

1. Based on consent.

2. Or in other cases where treatment is necessary to fulfill childcare agreements and to fulfill a legal obligation.

3. Protect the vital interests of the data subject.

4. Perform a task of general interest or as part of the exercise of authority.

5. Meet a legitimate interest of the person responsible for personal data (balancing of interests)

Processing of personal data that is to be regarded as sensitive, for example such personal data processing that concerns allergies and / or health, is carried out only as necessary and with the support of law.

The purposes for processing your personal data are to handle administration, employer obligations, and the above-mentioned purposes. We may also process your personal data for statistical purposes. Your social security number is registered because it is important for Little Kids Preschool to be able to ensure the registration of children, guardians and employees. Your personal information will necessarily be processed in Little Kids Preschools' IT system. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if such disclosure is in accordance with applicable data protection rules and complies with the law. In all handling of your personal data, we observe the need for security and confidentiality. As one or more of the data subjects are children, special protection of personal data is required. Therefore, for example, documents with personal data are protected in locked custody that only the preschool director who is a personal data assistant has access to, and a personal data officer / data protection officer appointed by him or her. An emergency list with the children's and guardians' contact information is available to all employees at Little Kids Preschool in a locked locker that unauthorized persons do not have access to. All such processing of personal data takes place further on the basis that adequate technical and organizational security measures have been taken in accordance with the requirements set on the basis of current data protection rules. All employees and others for whom Little Kids Preschool is responsible and who process the personal data are bound by a confidentiality obligation corresponding to what is required by current data protection rules and what otherwise follows from law.

Storage time

Little Kids Preschool processes your personal data as long as you are in line, have a child registered or are employed by us. When the child has left preschool / your employment has ended / the child has reached the age to start preschool class, the personal data will be deleted. Little Kids Preschool will then only continue to store them if there is any such obligation due to law.

Your rights

You have the right to insight into how your personal data is processed. This means that you can request access to certain information about the treatment. You also have the right to request that incorrect personal data be changed, redundant processing limited, unfounded processing deleted and request that personal data be moved from our system to another actor, so-called data portability. You can also request at any time that a previous consent previously given regarding personal data be changed. A request for any of the above can be sent to info@littlekids.se. You also have the right to contact the Data Inspectorate / Integrity Protection Authority with any complaints if you are dissatisfied with the processing of personal data, but we hope of course that you primarily contact us for questions and requests regarding our personal data processing.
